Safai Karmacharis from more than 10 states, families of persons killed in sewer & septic tanks, MPs, civil society, writers, students, gathered at Jantar Mantar to condemn the continuing illegal practice of forcing citizens into cleaning of sewer & septic tanks, and getting killed.
