A tribal minor girl was allegedly gang-raped and murdered in Rajasthan's Bundi district on December 23. They kept pushing the dead body and raping it. The police have arrested the accused. Soon a challan will be presented against him in the court.

Minor was returning after grazing goats

The incident took place on December 23 near Kala Kua village of Basoli police station area of ​​Bundi district. When the minor was returning home after grazing the goats, all the three accused scoffed at her and tied her hands and feet, and gang-raped her. When the victim spoke about the incident to the people in the village, she was beaten to death with stones.

The accused was identified through his underwear

After this gruesome incident in the forest, the underwear of one of the accused was left on the spot. This was the only evidence from which the police caught (Sultan Bhil) within just 12 hours. After that, he spewed the names of his associates (Chhotu Bhil 62 years) and a minor. HisThe dog squad played an important role in this police investigation.

On this entire incident, Superintendent of Police (SP) Jai Yadav has described it as a painful incident. "This is the first painful incident in my service. A heart-wrenching act has been committed with a minor. Very disgusting and shameful. In any case, the criminals will be punished," he said.

Police will present challan against the accused

Seeing the seriousness of the matter, the police started its investigation by taking it under the Case Officer Scheme. Police have got the post-mortem report. Now, the Chemical Analyst's Report (FSL) report is awaited. In this case, the police will present the challan against the accused in the challan court in a day or two. The arrested accused includes a 16-year-old minor, Sultan Bhil (27) and Chhotulal Bhil (62).

No lawyer will defend the accused

The custodial council has also strongly condemned this heart-wrenching incident. The Council of Counsel has decided not to represent the accused by any member of the Bar. The council said that efforts would be made to get the harshest punishment to the accused.

The police had first caught the accused Sultan Bhil in this case. After that, during interrogation, he confessed his crime and told the names of other accused.
