On December 14, the minor left home to appear for an exam. Two men forcibly took her away on a bike. After this, she was held hostage for 24 hours at a deserted place in Sawai Madhopur and gang-raped her.

Dausa- A case of gang rape of a Dalit minor girl has come to light in the Dausa district of Rajasthan. The accused kidnapped the eighth-grade student and gang-raped her. The incident took place four days ago but the police complaint was lodged on Sunday.

As per the FIR, the accused held the minor hostage for 24 hours and then fled, leaving her near a petrol pump. The girl's father has filed a case against the accused in the Mandavari police station.

Lalsot Additional Superintendent of Police Ramchandra Nehra gave the case details to the media. He said, the 13-year-old victim is an 8th grader. On December 14, she left home to appear for an exam. Two men forcibly took her away on a bike. After this, she was held hostage for 24 hours at a deserted place and gang-raped. After the incident, the accused fled, leaving the minor girl. Ramchandra Singh Nehra said that the police have registered a case of gang rape under the POCSO Act. The accused are residents of Malarna Dungar in Sawai Madhopur district.

Nehra said as per the complaint, when the victim, came out of the school, Suresh Meena and his companions came on a bike and forcibly took her away. The accused victim was found 30 km from Mandavari. They took her to a secluded place in Malarna Dungar of Sawai Madhopur. The next day they fled, leaving the victim near the petrol pump. Seeing the girl crying, the petrol pump employees interrogated her, and she informed them about the incident. The Malarna police were informed. The police reached the spot, spoke to the girl, and called her family. An investigation is underway, the officer said.
