Rajasthan: Sanitation Worker's Daughter Elated After Weeklong Internship at Parliament

Pratapgarh, Rajasthan- Tarun Davre, a sanitation worker at the Pratapgarh Municipal Council, along with his daughter Purva Davre, recently had the opportunity to meet the Vice President. Purva, who returned from her internship on Tuesday, described the meeting as a special occasion.

She expressed her gratitude, saying, "I am thankful to the Vice President for providing us with this opportunity. This experience has taught me a lot and helped me recognize my potential. I felt great, and the respect we received, along with the entire experience, will remain memorable for a lifetime."

It is noteworthy that during the launch of the Swachhata Hi Seva campaign fortnight, chaired by the Vice President in Jaipur, Davre was invited to visit the Indian Parliament in New Delhi, while Purva was given the chance to participate in a week-long internship.

Mr. Davre shared, "It is a matter of pride for us to have had the opportunity to meet the Vice President. We are grateful to the district administration and the Municipal Council for this. The recognition of sanitation workers is a source of pride for us. It has acknowledged the hard work and dedication of myself and my colleagues and serves as an inspiration."

He also mentioned that Purva returned from Udaipur on Tuesday, and he personally picked her up from the airport.
