Youtuber Ajeet Bharti Slapped with SC/ST Act in Delhi Over Casteist and Sexually Explicit Slurs Against Dalit Women, MP Chandrashekhar Azad

New Delhi— In a swift legal backlash against online hate speech, a First Information Report (FIR) has been registered against YouTuber Ajeet Bharti at Delhi's North Avenue Police Station.

The severe charges stem from a series of highly derogatory and sexually explicit remarks Bharti allegedly made on his YouTube channel, specifically targeting Dalit women, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, and Member of Parliament Chandrashekhar Azad.

The decisive action was initiated by outraged workers of the Bhim Army, who mobilized and approached the authorities to demand immediate legal recourse against the content creator.

The formal complaint accuses Bharti of peddling vile, casteist narratives and violating the dignity of marginalized women through his digital platform.

Acting on the complaint, the Delhi Police have booked Bharti under stringent legal provisions. The FIR encompasses severe charges under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, the Information Technology (IT) Act, and the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).

Confirming the development, Himanshu Valmiki, National Core Committee Member of the Azad Samaj Party (Kanshi Ram), issued a powerful statement emphasizing that this legal action serves as a stern warning against the misuse of free speech.

Calling the FIR a "strong reply under the law," Valmiki detailed the sequence of events in a public statement. He noted that party comrades reached the North Avenue police station to formally complain against Bharti for his highly objectionable and indecent commentary directed at the Azad Samaj Party National President.

Valmiki confirmed that through the relentless efforts of their members, FIR No. 30/2026 has been officially registered at PS North Avenue under the relevant sections of the SC/ST Act, IT Act, and BNS, adding that further legal proceedings will continue without pause.

"We want to categorically state that no individual can be given the liberty to insult social dignity and constitutional values," Valmiki stated.

He firmly condemned the YouTuber's actions, declaring that promoting a derogatory and casteist mentality under the guise of freedom of expression is entirely unacceptable.

Reaffirming the party's unwavering commitment to the marginalized, Valmiki concluded his statement by asserting that their struggle to protect social dignity, justice, and the Constitution will relentlessly continue within the boundaries of the law.
