Lucknow— The Kanshiram cultural centre, which has been a hive of activity over the last few months, will now witness the 39th joint National Convention of the BAMCEF (Backward and Minority Community Employees Federation). The convention will be spread across 5 days from 24th December to 29th December 2022. The convention will be inaugurated and addressed by Padmashri Laxman Mane, a social worker working for the welfare of nomadic tribes from Maharashtra.
The chief guest on the occasion will be Justice Virendra Yadav, retired justice, Allahabad High Court and the occasion will be presided over by Waman C Meshram, National President Bharat Mukti Morcha. It would have speakers like Mahmood Pracha, an eminent lawyer and Ambedkarite.

More than 100 speakers will speak on the aforementioned issues over a period of 5 days. Some of the prominent speakers will be Mahmood Pracha, an eminent lawyer and Ambedkarite social activist, and Rajendra Prasad Singh, an eminent historian and linguist from Bihar, who would also inaugurate the session on 26th December.
