New Delhi- To promote economic nationalism, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar has urged the industry, trade, and commerce sectors to focus on local production. The Vice President made this remarks during his visit to Nellore today.

While speaking at the event, Mr. Dhankhar emphasised the importance of economic nationalism in Swadeshi. He emphasised that it is essential to be vocal for local and support local production in order to address the negative impact of unnecessary imports on the economy. This can lead to a drain on foreign exchange and job losses for local workers.

Mr. Dhankar has appealed to the industry to play its part in resolving this issue by supporting local production and fostering entrepreneurship. He also emphasised the importance of fair utilisation of natural resources, urging citizens to use resources based on necessity rather than financial constraints. This will require a collective effort to prioritise the nation's prosperity over political, personal, and economic interests.
