To improve emergency response, PM Modi will introduce AIIMS Rishikesh helicopter emergency medical services and drone services at 11 tertiary healthcare institutions, including AIIMS Raipur and AIIMS Guwahati.

In addition to infrastructure development, PM Modi will launch several digital initiatives, including the U-WIN portal to streamline vaccination records for pregnant women and children and a centralized portal for allied healthcare professionals. He will also inaugurate a Central Drugs Testing Laboratory in Bhubaneswar and establish two Central Research Institutes in Yoga and Naturopathy in Odisha and Chhattisgarh.
