Gandhinagar- Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated and laid the foundation for development projects exceeding ₹280 crore in Ekta Nagar, Gujarat, on Wednesday. These projects aim to enhance tourism infrastructure, promote sustainable growth, and improve regional connectivity.

During his two-day visit to Gujarat, PM Modi will address Officer Trainees participating in Aarambh 6.0, a foundation program that focuses on building a self-reliant and developed India. The program includes 653 trainees from 16 Indian civil services and three from Bhutan.

On Thursday, Modi will participate in Rashtriya Ekta Diwas celebrations in honor of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s birth anniversary. The event will include a floral tribute, an Ekta Diwas pledge, and a parade featuring 16 contingents from nine states and a Union Territory, along with units from the Central Armed Police Forces, NCC cadets, and school bands.

Highlights of the parade include a Hell March by the NSG, a stunt display by BSF and CRPF bikers, martial arts performances by BSF personnel, and a flypast by the Indian Air Force's Surya Kiran aerobatic team.
