India to Host World's Largest Food Processing Event from September 19

New Delhi- The Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI) is all set to host the world’s biggest food processing event, World Food India 2024. The event is to be held in New Delhi from September 19-22, 2024, and is expected to attract over 90 countries, 26 Indian States and Union Territories, and 18 Central Ministries and allied government bodies.

The Ministry of Food Processing Industries is preparing for the biggest event of the year. The event will showcase the country’s emerging role as a global powerhouse in food processing and provide a platform for bringing together industry leaders, government officials, and representatives from over 90 countries to discuss and deliberate on the future of the food processing sector.

The event will be open to all stakeholders from the food processing sector, including government, industry, and academia. The event will host over 40 knowledge sessions, including thematic discussions, state and country-specific conferences. The event also aims to promote sustainable development and food security by showcasing innovative solutions and technologies.

The Ministry of Food Processing Industries is committed to providing a conducive environment for the growth and development of the food processing sector in India. The event promises to be a major convergence of innovation, technology, and sustainability in the food processing sector.
