BSF-BGB Director General-Level Talks Deferred by a Month
The last meeting took place in Dhaka in March this year.
The DG-level border talks between India’s Border Security Force (BSF) and Bangladesh’s Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB), initially set for November 18-22 in New Delhi, have been postponed. The BGB requested the delay due to the deployment of its personnel across Bangladesh given the current situation, according to a BGB spokesperson on Friday.
These talks, held twice yearly, mark the 55th meeting between the two border forces. The last session took place in Dhaka in March.
