Mumbai- To promote global leadership, a one-day conclave titled 'Buddhas Madhyama Marg to guide future Global Leadership' will be organised by the International Buddhist Confederation and the Ministry of Minority Affairs of India in Mumbai on Saturday, September 14.

Union Minister of Minority Affairs Kiren Rijiju will be the chief guest of the event. The conference aims to find ways to spread universal values of followers of Dhamma across the philosophical, academic, cultural, and national diversities.

The purpose of organising this conference is to work together to address the current challenges faced by individuals and communities worldwide and to present a sustainable model for future generations. The conference will also pay tribute to Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar, a renowned figure of modern Buddhism whose contribution to modern Buddhism remains significant.

The conference will consist of three sessions, titled 'The Role and Relevance of Buddha Dhamma in Modern Times', 'Significance of Mindful Techniques', and 'New Age Leadership and Implementation of Buddha Dhamma'. The sessions will discuss practical solutions to the questions of universal brotherhood, sustainability, and overall personal well-being in light of Buddha's teachings and Dhamma's principles.
