135 Candidates File Nominations for 90 Seats in Haryana Assembly Elections

Chandigarh- The nomination process for the upcoming Haryana Vidhan Sabha elections is in progress. So far, around 135 candidates have filed nominations for 90 seats. The process will continue till 3 p.m. on September 12.

Notably, the ruling party BJP has announced 67 candidates, while 41 candidates were announced by the Congress party. 29 candidates were announced by the Aam Aadmi Party, 31 candidates by the JJP-Azad Samaj Party alliance, 25 candidates by the Azad Samaj party, and 12 candidates by the INLD-BSP.

The names of some of the candidates who have filed nominations are as follows: Balwant Singh from Sadhaura, Ghanshyam Das Arora from Yamuna Nagar, Subhash Sudha from Thanesar, Ghanshyam Sarraf from Bhiwani, Rao Narbir Singh from Badshahpur, Mukesh Sharma from Gurugram, and Tek Chand Sharma from Prithla.

It is noteworthy that the Chief Minister of Haryana, Naib Singh Saini, has also filed his nomination. He had inaugurated the election office earlier today. 21 other candidates including former Finance Minister Abhimanyu from Narnaund will also file nominations from BJP.
