New Delhi- In a stunning revelation, Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi has accused the Election Commission of India of colluding with the BJP to orchestrate widespread electoral fraud during the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. Backed by meticulous data collected over six months, Gandhi’s explosive claims point to a systematic scheme of vote manipulation, particularly in Karnataka’s Mahadevapura Assembly segment, where over 1 lakh votes were allegedly stolen.

" Our internal polls indicated that we were expected to win 16 seats in Karnataka. However, we won 9. We then focused on the 7 unexpected losses and chose Mahadevapura, a Vidhan Sabha constituency. All the data we have here is from the 2024 elections, sourced from the Election Commission. In the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, the BJP secured 6,58,915 votes, winning with a margin of 32,707. However, in the Mahadevapura assembly segment, the Congress received 1,15,586 votes, whereas the BJP garnered 2,29,632 votes. The Congress won all the Vidhan Sabhas except this one, where the BJP swept and secured a margin of 1,14,046 votes. This seat significantly contributed to their election win, and the Lok Sabha result went in their favour. This discrepancy is a huge imbalance. So, we started examining the details and discovered that approximately 1,00,250 votes were stolen out of 6,50,000 total votes in the Mahadevapura assembly", Gandhi dropped the bombshell.

"The BJP won 25 Lok Sabha seats with a margin of less than 33,000 votes. Narendra Modi needed to steal 25 seats to become Prime Minister — and that’s exactly what happened. This is why the Election Commission is refusing to give us the digital voter list", Gandhi said.

He further stated:

We didn’t have evidence initially, so we started our own investigation.

• We asked the Election Commission: How did 1 crore voters come about?
• The Election Commission made excuses and did not assist us.
• We repeatedly requested digital voter rolls from the Election Commission.
• We also asked for CCTV footage related to the elections.

But the Election Commission did not provide us with the digital voter rolls or the CCTV footage.

👉 When we began investigating Karnataka, several facts came to light. We had estimated that we would win 16 seats in the Lok Sabha elections there, but we won only 9 seats and lost 7.

👉 As part of this, we focused on those 7 seats and investigated the Mahadevapura Assembly segment of one Lok Sabha constituency.

👉 In the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, Congress received 6,26,208 votes in the Bangalore Central constituency, while the BJP won the election with 6,58,915 votes, a margin of 32,707.

👉 The strange thing was that the BJP lost in 6 Assembly segments of this Lok Sabha constituency, but in the Mahadevapura Assembly segment, an investigation revealed that the BJP won by a massive margin of 1,14,046 votes.

👉 It took us 6 months to scrutinize the data provided by the Election Commission, and we examined it thoroughly in every way. After this, we discovered that 1,00,250 votes had been stolen.

How Votes Were Stolen in Bengaluru Central Lok Sabha Constituency

LoP Gandhi said, " In this entire process, we investigated the Mahadevapura Assembly segment of the Bengaluru Central Lok Sabha constituency, where 1,00,250 votes were stolen."

For example:

• 11,965 duplicate voters were created.
• 40,009 fake/invalid addresses were used.
• 10,452 voters were registered at a single address.
• 4,132 voters were added to the list with invalid photos.
• 33,692 new voters were added through the misuse of Form-6.

Gandhi demanded transparency from the Election Commission and share it with the people of India. He said, " If they fail to do so, there will be consequences. There will be consequences for every single polling officer involved in this, regardless of their seniority. When the Opposition comes to power, you will face the repercussions of your actions, because you are attacking the foundation of what our freedom fighters built. We will not allow you to do so, no matter who you are." He also said that on August 8, he along with the Congress President, would go to Bangalore for a march. and raise the 'Vote Chori' issue.
