New Delhi- The Cockroach Janta Party(CJP) has officially launched a comprehensive nationwide campaign dedicated to the complete, long-term transformation of India’s neglected village government schools. Enhancing CJPs focus in Education to include grassroots community action, the movement seeks to empower rural families to directly demand the high-quality education their children rightfully and constitutionally deserve.

Following CJPs era defining mass mobilization at Jantar Mantar that successfully challenged administrative status quos, the organizers state that public fear has been replaced by a strong commitment to civic duty, giving even young children the confidence to approach District Magistrate (DM) offices to demand better facilities.

The 'Sarpanch Challenge' and Citizen-Led Audits

To practicalize this movement, CJP has initiated the “Sarpanch Challenge.” This initiative directly encourages parents and youth to walk into local schools, inspect existing conditions, and work constructively with village Sarpanches and Panchayats to ensure immediate structural repairs and upgrades.

Under this directive, CJP is mobilizing a strict, community-led infrastructure audit. Parents across the nation are being provided a checklist to inspect their children's schools for four non-negotiable, essential facilities:

* Continuous electricity for a modern learning environment

* Clean, safe, and filtered drinking water

* Hygienic and fully operational washrooms

* Safe, nutritious, and cleanly prepared mid-day meals

Furthermore, the campaign calls for the implementation of reliable rural school transport networks to eliminate the hazardous daily journeys rural students must make on foot.

Accountability Tracking and 30-Day Timelines

CJP is instructing citizens to use their mobile phones to document any institutional gaps or missing facilities transparently. These records will serve as verifiable evidence to present to local administrative authorities to ensure swift bureaucratic accountability.

The campaign’s immediate objective is to upgrade at least 100 schools to their highest functioning potential over the next two months, establishing a high-quality model that can be scaled across thousands of villages. The initiative relies on a localized, community-monitored timeline:

* Day 1 to 15: Local community submits audit gaps to authorities and monitors if structural work has been initiated.

* Day 16 to 30: Citizens actively track the execution of repairs to ensure the quality of materials and work remains up to standard.

The campaign calls for a reassessment of public funding priorities, pointing out with concern that while significant national resources were allocated over the last decade toward mega-projects like a new PM House and Parliament building, an estimated 94,000 government schools were closed across the country.

Organizers also noted that rural development must take priority over under-maintained urban initiatives like 'Smart Cities'.

With Independence Day approaching, CJP has issued a call to all elected public representatives, including MLAs and MPs, to ensure patriotism is backed by structural action. The movement demands an India where 14-year-old children from low-income families are no longer forced into child labor—such as selling flags on the street or working in brick and firecracker kilns due to systemic educational failures.
