CJP Demands Justice for Amayra, Warns Rajasthan CM: Public Will Pull Down Your Arrogance!

Jaipur- Cockroach Janta Party spokesperson Ashutosh Ranka on Tuesday tagged Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma and said the death of nine-year-old Amayra is the clearest proof of how the system treats an ordinary family.

“If you want to understand how this system sucks an ordinary person’s blood, how it makes them suffer, how it persecutes them - just follow Amayra’s case,” Ranka wrote.

Amayra was nine. A laughing, playing child. Best all-rounder in school. Champion in dance. Champion in music. Champion in studies. Classmates at Jaipur’s Neerja Modi School bullied her. Ranka said children will be children, the duty was the teachers’. They were supposed to explain right and wrong. Teachers at Neerja Modi School did not.

On 1 November 2025 the bullying did not stop. Amayra got up and went to the teachers five times to complain. The class teacher was busy on her mobile phone. The other teacher, who was supposed to take the class at that time, was not taking it. Amayra was visibly distressed. In the middle of the conversation she walked out of class. No teacher stopped her. No one even asked where she was going. She ran through the school towards the fourth floor. On the way, too, no one stopped her.

The child could not take the humiliation. She went to the fourth floor and jumped.

Ranka said the real story began after that. The school first swept and mopped the bloodstains. It tried to make the CCTV footage disappear. It kept misleading the police.

CBSE took a stand. Its safety inspection found multiple failures and cancelled the school’s affiliation for Classes 9 to 12. After some time, CBSE restored affiliation for Classes 9 and 10.

It looked as if justice might come. Ranka asked: when does an ordinary citizen get justice in this country?

Neerja Modi School used its influence, hired top lawyers and obtained a High Court stay on CBSE’s order. Through all this, Ranka said, the Rajasthan government slept. On 18 March 2026- the same day the High Court stayed CBSE’s order- the state education department issued its own order, copied from CBSE, and in that same order recorded serious lapses in children’s safety. Then, at the 2 April hearing, the Rajasthan government itself told the court that it had stayed its 18 March order.

Amayra has been gone for ten months. Nothing has changed, Ranka said. The principal faced no consequence. The school is running comfortably. When police filed a chargesheet, the correct sections were not applied. The magistrate’s court did not hear the family’s complaint and granted bail to all the accused. The sessions court now has to decide the family’s plea seeking the correct sections against the accused. Four dates have already been given. No order has come.

“Nothing in the system has changed- no attention to mental health, no safety inspection, no correction of safety standards. Amayra did not get justice. A family was simply left to suffer,” Ranka wrote.

He said the system has forgotten one thing. Today’s India is the India after Jantar Mantar. People will no longer beg for their rights. They will not grovel for justice. They will not go from door to door taking blows.

“Now the public will stand up. Now the public will pull down your arrogance.”

Ranka said he and CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke had promised Amayra’s parents, Vijay and Shivani, that they would not stay silent until she got justice. Amayra’s photograph was present at Jantar Mantar throughout.

His message to the system was one line: if you think Amayra’s family is alone and you can keep making them suffer, that will be the biggest mistake of your life.

“Amayra is everyone’s child. Deliver justice. The whole country is watching.”
