Forcibly Pushed Out, Called by Caste, Denied Exam: Kanpur Dehat Student Alleges Teacher Brutality; Police Cite Unpaid Fees

Kanpur Dehat- A case has emerged from private college in Asalatganj that has brought the education system to shame. A student who had arrived to take his examination was allegedly subjected to such inhumane acts that it has sparked anger across the entire area.

The victim, Aashish, son of late Rajkumar, has alleged that on the morning of May 2, he reached the exam centre with hopes of building his future, but his dreams were brutally crushed there. According to the student, during the examination, teachers Aditya Yadav and Sunil forcibly snatched his answer sheet, misbehaved with him, used casteist slurs, and humiliated him in front of everyone.

Not only that, the student was pushed out of the examination hall, as a result of which he could not take that day's important exam. The student says this exam was extremely important for his life and future, but the alleged arbitrary actions of the teachers have created a serious crisis for his career.

Aashish has submitted a request at Rasulabad police station demanding strict legal action against the guilty teachers. He has appealed to the administration for a fair investigation into the matter and to deliver justice to him so that his future can be saved from being ruined.

 Meanwhile, the Kanpur Dehat police said, "Prima facie, it has come to notice that the student had not paid his fees. The concerned department has been informed. The other allegations are false and baseless."

 Police are engaging in a cover-up in this matter. Instead of taking appropriate action against the teacher who prevented the student from taking the exam, the victim student is being pacified by merely saying, "All the remaining papers will be conducted, there will be no problem."

Another important question that arise is that if a student's fees were not paid, is it right to let him sit in the exam hall and then throw him out mid-exam? Can a student be publicly humiliated in this manner and deprived of taking an exam? If there was any issue regarding fees, the solution should have been at the administrative level, not by putting the student's future at stake.

A fair investigation and proper legal action is being demanded by the family and activists.
