New Delhi- To ease the pension process for pensioners, the government has launched a single simplified pension application form and integrated it with Bhavishya and e-HRMS.

The Minister of State for the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Jitendra Singh, had announced the launch of these initiatives through video conferencing. The move is aimed at making the pension process easier and faster for pensioners.

The new initiative will help pensioners track their pension application in real-time. According to sources, the integration of Bhavishya with e-HRMS will also enable pensioners to get pension alerts through SMS and email.

It is worth noting that with the help of these initiatives, the number of pension forms has been reduced to nine. A single new form has been created for pensioners. This will make it easier for the pensioners to complete their pension application form.
