MUHS to Offer Digital Health Education to NHA

Comprehensive Course to Strengthen Healthcare Workforce's Skills

New Delhi- Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) will provide digital health education to National Health Authority (NHA) to strengthen the healthcare workforce’s skills in the digital era.

As per a memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed between the two institutions on Tuesday, MUHS will develop a comprehensive course on digital health fundamentals for doctors and healthcare providers. The course is expected to lay the foundation for the rollout of the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission, which aims to leverage technology to provide better healthcare services to citizens.

Union Health Minister P Nadda, who was present on the occasion, said that the partnership between NHA and MUHS will strengthen the medical curriculum and make healthcare services more accessible to people.

He said that the MoU will benefit millions of people by enhancing their skills and driving the implementation of the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission.
