New Delhi- As the country approaches the Independence Day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has urged citizens to change their profile picture on social media and make Har Ghar Tiranga a memorable mass movement.

Modi shared his own profile picture on X and urged everyone to join him in celebrating the country's tricolour by sharing their own selfies.

In a post, the Prime Minister said, "As this year's Independence Day approaches, let's again make #HarGhar Tiranga a memorable mass movement. I am changing my profile picture and I urge you all to join me in celebrating our Tricolour by doing the same. And yes, do share your selfies on harghartiranga.com."

He urged citizens to share their selfies on the official website of Har Ghar Tiranga and make the hashtag #HarGharTireanga.

Har Ghar Tiranga is a pan-European movement that seeks to promote peace, security, and sustainable development. This year's theme is #OurTricolour.
