The month-long special campaign for effective redressal of family pensioners grievances will be started on July 1. Under this, 46 departments of government will participate. The campaign is part of the 100-day action plan of the Department of Pension and Pensioners' Welfare (DOLPW).

According to the information given by the government, at present, about 90,000 cases are registered on the Centralized Pension Grievance and Redress System (CPENGRAMS) in a year.

The grievances can be registered directly on the portal (URL:www.pgportal.gov.in/PENSION/) by the applicant or by DOLPW on receipt of details through e-mail, post, or toll-free number 1800-11-1960.
