Udaipur- In a significant initiative aimed at empowering Rajasthan's tribal youth, the Tribal Area Development (TAD) Department has launched a free coaching program to prepare candidates for the RAS (Preliminary) Examination.

Under the Amrit Kalash Scheme, the program seeks to equip tribal aspirants with the resources, guidance, and confidence needed to excel in competitive exams and pursue careers in administrative services. The coaching program , inaugurated by TAD Minister Babulal Kharadi at the Manikya Lal Verma Tribal Research and Training Institute (TRI), marks a crucial step towards inclusive opportunities for tribal communities in Rajasthan.

While addressing the students at the event, Kharadi emphasized his vision for tribal youth, stating, “My efforts aim to ensure that children from the tribal areas can become Collectors and SPs. In the near future, we are also planning to start free IAS coaching for TSP-ST category students in Delhi and Jaipur.”

He further stated that competent and skilled candidates entering administrative services would have a positive impact on both the administration and society.

Kharadi motivated the students, saying, “I want to see many of you become IAS and RAS officers. To achieve this, dedicate yourselves with unwavering commitment and hard work. The nation must always come first for us. The younger generation shoulders a great responsibility. Set high goals, but do not develop arrogance, as pride leads to downfall. Believe in hard work because destiny is shaped by one’s actions.”

He expressed confidence that this coaching program would provide tribal candidates with the necessary guidance, confidence, and morale to succeed in the examination.

The coaching program was inaugurated by TAD Minister Babulal Kharadi at the Manikya Lal Verma Tribal Research and Training Institute (TRI) Udaipur.
