BJP Slams Mamata Banerjee Over Kolkata Violence

Party alleges state CM promoted violence against women

New Delhi- After the news of the alleged violence against a woman in Kolkata, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has slammed the state chief minister of West Bengal, Mamata Banerjee.

The BJP has organized press conferences in different parts of the country to raise allegations against Mamata Banerjee. In a statement, the party has accused the state chief minister of promoting violence against women.

BJP leaders alleged that the state chief minister's role in promoting violence against women was evident in the rape and murder of a Kolkata doctor. The party also questioned senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and other I.N.D.I.A. Alliance leaders for their silence on the Kolkata incident.
