Bihar Opposition Leader Slams Govt Over Delayed BPSC Exam

Tejashwi Yadav accuses Nitish Kumar of "sheer injustice and fraud" against students

The Mooknayak English

Patna – Bihar Leader of the Opposition (LoP) Tejashwi Yadav criticized the Nitish Kumar-led state government on Friday for its handling of the 70th BPSC prelims examination, which was marred by allegations of delays and mismanagement.

During a Facebook Live session, Yadav condemned the reported delay in distributing question papers, which some candidates claimed arrived up to an hour late at multiple centers. He called the situation a "sheer injustice and fraud" against the students and accused the government of "gross negligence and incompetence."

Yadav also criticized the government for failing to ensure fair and transparent examinations, citing repeated instances of question paper leaks. He claimed that this lack of accountability extends back to the 10th BPSC exam.

The LoP further pointed out the silence of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and the BJP Deputy Chief Ministers on the matter. He demanded immediate action and accountability to restore faith in the examination system.

Yadav expressed confidence that the growing dissatisfaction among the youth over these repeated failures would lead to consequences in the next election. He stated that the youth are preparing to "show the mirror to the government" and demand answers.

Yadav emphasized that the government's failure to address the students' grievances shows its complete disregard for their aspirations and rights.
