It is also a reflection of our speed and scale," Modi said at the opening ceremony of the 4th Global Renewable Energy Investor's Meet and Expo (RE-INVEST) in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. He welcomed the dignitaries to the RE-INVEST Summit and expressed confidence that serious discussions will take place over the next three days on the future of energy, technology, and policies.

The Prime Minister said that the discussions and learnings from this conference will benefit the entire humanity. He conveyed his best wishes for successful discussions. He said that India is the best bet of the 21st century.
